I’ve read three of the books you’ve featured – I Capture The Castle, Jane Eyre, and The Shock of the Fall – all of which I loved! Jane Eyre is actually one of my all time favourite classics.

I did discover Shirley Jackson’s writing lasting year, which was pleasantly well received. We Have Always Lived In The Castle is the next book of hers I hope to read.

    Happy reading in 2016!
